Carriage House Inn

The Carriage House is one of only a small amount of 4-diamond rated bed and breakfast in California. With just 13 guest rooms, this B&B offers spacious, comfortable rooms with privacy (all rooms have their own separate entrance - no common living room area to walk through to get to your room). With a location in downtown Carmel, you can walk to all of Carmel's great area restaurants, art galleries (over 100 of them) and shops. The beach is less than one mile from the inn.

 

All guest rooms feature luxurious feather beds (one king or one queen - couples only inn), fireplaces and many with an in room spa tub. The rooms are beautifully decorated with an upscale country charm (no lace doilies - just a home away from home type of appeal). Niceties include bathrobes, Gilchrist & Soames bath amenities, bath salts, refrigerator (with snacks and refreshments) and complimentary wi-fi access. This place is so popular that many guests return year after year and stay in a different room each time (since they all have their own unique charms).
